• When do I receive delivery? Once you’ve subscribed, your 1st essential oil wax melts subscription box will be dispatched the next working day. Future wax melt subscription boxes are sent out the day after your renewal date. All subscription boxes are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class.
• How do I cancel my subscription? 2 - Ways to cancel. You can either cancel it yourself via your PayPal account or email me and I’ll cancel it for you.
• When is payment taken? Your first payment is taken immediately so that you qualify for your first subscription box. All subsequent monthly payments are taken on the same day of the month of which you can decide what day is best for you.
