A: We are currently trading, we are taking every precaution to ensure safe hygienic production of all of our products.

 
Due to the current covid19 outbreak and the Royal Mail Postal Service overwhelmed  with parcels in 2020. We have restructured our postal system and we now use Hermes. With this service you will be provided with a tracking number, you can check where your parcel is by 3 methods. Check via our tracking page, download the Hermes app or visit there website. We do have options for next day and 2-4 days, you'll find this at the checkout. For the time being please allow 2-6 extra days for your parcels to arrive. Some area's may take longer due to the counties new Covid lockdown rules. Thanks for your patience. The Pawfect Scents Team..   

A:  After signing up you will receive a conformation email within 24hrs please check your spam folder incase it’s dropped in there. Once you’ve confirmed you’ll be able to see the member’s page. A: The regulation in practice here is EU’s Classification, Labeling & Packaging Regulation (CLP for short) which after 1st June 2015, stipulated that all new products with hazardous substances must be labeled accordingly. CLP applies to a non-cosmetic product of any size containing a hazardous substance such as fragrance or essential oils (e.g. candles, wax melts, room mists, reed diffusers etc.). It should display the product name in full. Information of contents, Display a warning, Hazard & Precautionary statements, Net weight, Pictograms and suppliers information. This  label information is displayed on many manufacturers candles and wax melts in the industry. Our customers will be the end user of our product so Pawfect Scents display a CPL label/wax melt or candle safety guide with pictorial symbols. This label is usually on the bottom of each product and will give all the consumer information required. We put our customer safety first. We do intend doing a blog about this in the near future and a page dedicated to SDS Data Sheets for you to view or download online.

A: We only use 2 ingredients in our essential oil wax melts. Soy Wax and the purest aromatherapy grade essential oils. Fused together to make a safer wax melt. Dog friendly/pet safe unlike the leading High St Brands which can contain adultation’s..

A: They usually last between 4-7 hrs. This depends on the size of room and type of burner/warmer used.

A: Yes we can send you more than one sample. Please e-mail for details on how to do this.

A: We only use Hermes for our deliveries service. There is an option to send next day or 2-4 day  in the checkout. We charge £4.94 for next day and £3.10 for 2-4 day postage. When your parcel is dispatched you will be provided by Email a unique tracking number where you can track your parcel via our tracking page.

A: Our 5 selected dog friendly/pet safe essential oil wax melts don't contain any Parabens,Phthalates,CMR's or Dyes. We have currently only found 5 Essential Oils that are safe for dogs. They only contain 2 ingredients, natures soy wax and the purest aromatherapy grade essential oils combined together to make the safest possible wax melt for you and your dog to relax in comfort.

A: Yes we only use pure cotton naturally coated wicks and natures own soy wax with aluminium sustainers and cases. Our natural tea lights last just over 4 hrs and lights up with a warmly glow.

A: Yes you can return items, please email for instructions.

A: Yes a refund can be issued once the item is returned unopened. Please refer to our returns page for instructions.

 A: Because Royal mail are overwhelmed with post this year (2020) and are taking a lot longer than normal to deliver, we have decided to move couriers to ensure our customers get there parcels in a reasonable time scale along with providing full tracking that our customers can easily track either via app or website.

 A:  Reasons why some essential oil wax melts are more expensive than others. Some of our essential oils are more expensive due to the cost and complicated production processes. ... The rarity of the plant, the yield from which each plant gives. The region where the plant source is grown. 

Some plants growing conditions are more difficult due to the climate and altitude making them very expensive from one another.
